Terms of purchase

SELLER: VALDAS ATRADO, email [email protected]. ORDER: placed by making a one-time payment of €15, €29 or €40 — depending on the bundle you choose (1, 3 or 5 TOI jars). This is NOT a subscription and NOT a recurring payment. PRICE: VAT and delivery are included; there are no extra charges at checkout. An order is confirmed only once Stripe confirms a successful payment; if the payment fails, nothing is charged and no order is created. DELIVERY: 6–8 weeks from order to delivery. For the first batch we ship to European Union countries only; the destinations are listed in the order form. CANCELLATION: you can cancel any time before dispatch by writing to [email protected] and we refund the full amount. The standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies after delivery.
